White label your brand
Your customers should see your brand, not ours. White label puts your logo, your color, and your own ticket address on everything a buyer touches, and it is part of Pro.
Where it lives
White label is included in Pro. The old standalone add-on is retired; if you are on Pro, you already have it.
The controls live in the Settings modal, in the Privacy & security panel, just under the password card. On a free workspace the same spot shows one row explaining the feature with an Upgrade button.
The four controls
Logo: upload a custom logo to override your profile logo everywhere the platform would show one. Remove it and things fall back to the profile logo.
Brand color: pick a color and buttons, receipt emails, and PDF tickets wear it.
Remove adlens branding: a single switch that hides Powered by adlens on your site, your emails, and your tickets.
Digital ticket link: the base address for the page buyers open from their email. Leave it empty and it follows your active domain automatically, then falls back to adlens.pro. Set it only if you want ticket links on a specific host.
Saving
There is no save button. Changes save automatically about a second after your last edit, so make the change, pause a beat, and it is live.
When it does not work
On the free plan the branding switch does not turn on, and that is the server refusing, not a glitch: white label is a Pro feature, and the Upgrade button in that row takes you straight to Usage & Billing.
If Powered by adlens still shows somewhere, confirm the Remove adlens branding switch is actually on and give the autosave its second. The switch covers the site, emails, and tickets together.
If ticket links are pointing at the wrong address, look at the Digital ticket link field. Empty means it follows the active domain, so either connect and activate the domain you want, or type the base address explicitly.
