One workspace, many sites
adlens separates the account from the address. Your workspace holds the team, the bill, and the credits; each site is one domain with its own look and its own settings. Once you see the split, running two or five brands from one login stops feeling tangled.
The workspace is the account
A workspace is everything shared: your team, your bill, your credits, your one payment account, and your AI and notification preferences. Payments stay workspace-wide by design, so if you ever need a second payment account, that is a second workspace.
Everything you sign in to lives inside this one container. Sites divide the public-facing work; the workspace holds the business.
A site is one domain
A site is one address on the internet with everything that address needs: its own theme, pages, branding and SEO, email sender, live chat, tracking, redirects, and its own publish state. Every new site you create mints a permanent address of its own on adlens.pro, and a custom domain belongs to a site, not to the workspace.
Settings follows the same split. Panels like Branding & SEO, Email sender, Live chat, Tracking, Redirects, and Publish edit one site at a time; when your workspace has more than one site, a pill picker at the top of the panel chooses which one. With a single site there is no picker and nothing to choose.
One content library, placed with Show on
Products, events, forms, lead pages, posts, popups, and collections all live in one workspace library, not inside any single site. You place them on sites with the Show on connectors: no connection means the piece shows on every site, a connection means it shows only on the sites you picked.
Anything you create inside a site's editor is placed on that site automatically. Create it anywhere else and it shows everywhere until you say otherwise. Once the workspace has two sites, each row in your lists carries a placement label so you can see at a glance where a piece appears.
Your lists stay whole
Leads, orders, tickets, and chat threads stay in one workspace list, but every one of them remembers the site it came from and can be filtered by it. Analytics splits by site the same way. Pages like Products, Events, Leads, Orders, and Analytics grow a site picker only when there is more than one site to pick.
Notifications name the site too, once there is more than one, so an order alert always tells you which brand it belongs to.
How many sites you can hold
Free workspaces hold up to 5 sites. Pro is unlimited.
One site is always the primary site: the one your workspace address names. It is the site new domains attach to by default, and it can never be deleted.
When it does not work
Hit the site cap on Free and creating another site fails with a limit error. The fix is one of two things: upgrade to Pro, or delete a draft you no longer need. The My projects shelf on the Studio home and the projects page both have a delete button on every non-primary card. The primary site never has one, because deleting it would delete the workspace address.
If content is showing on a site where it should not be, or missing from one where it should, check its Show on placement. An empty placement means everywhere; remember that a piece created inside a site's editor was placed on that site only.
If you cannot find the site picker in a settings panel or a list, you have one site. The picker only exists when there is something to pick between.
