Invite teammates
You do not have to run the whole thing alone. The People panel gets a teammate into your workspace with one line: their email, a role, and an invite.
Open the People panel
Team lives in the Settings modal, in the People panel. Going to /app/team lands you there, and the Invite members item in the sidebar workspace menu opens it directly.
Send the invite
At the top of the panel is the invite bar: an email field, a role select, and an Invite button. Roles are viewer, editor, billing, and owner. Type the address, pick the role, press Invite.
adlens emails the invite. Until the person accepts, their row in the member list reads Pending invite with the date it was sent; once they accept, it reads Accepted with the date, next to their role chip.
Or just ask the assistant
You can invite from the chat too: tell the assistant who to add and with what role. It checks the member list first so nobody gets invited twice, and it always shows you the accept link so you can pass it along yourself.
Manage who has access
Below the invite bar, one card lists every member: their address, their status, and their role. A pending invite has a Revoke invite button; an accepted member has a Remove button. Both are two-click confirms, so a stray tap never removes anyone.
When it does not work
If the invite email fails to send, the invite still exists. adlens copies the accept link to your clipboard the moment that happens, so paste it into a text, a Slack message, or wherever your teammate actually reads. The link works the same as the email would have.
If a teammate says nothing arrived, have them check spam first. If it is truly gone, revoke the pending invite from their row and send a fresh one, or share the accept link directly.
If someone should no longer have access, Remove on their row ends it. The two-click confirm is the only step.
