Email sending and identity
One panel tells you what email your workspace sends and how it signs it. The Email panel holds your sender identity and the history of every broadcast, and it draws a hard line: adlens sends your operational and event email, and it never runs marketing campaigns to your leads for you.
Open the Email panel
Email lives in the Settings modal, in the Email panel, and it is part of Pro. Going to /app/email lands you there.
Sender identity and reply-to
The panel sets the transactional reply-to and the sender identity: the name and address your receipts, tickets, and other operational email go out under, and where a reply comes back to. Set it once and every email the platform sends for you wears it.
Broadcasts and their history
A New broadcast button at the top hands drafting to the chat, where the assistant writes the email with you. Below it sits the sent history across every event in one card: each row shows the subject, the date and the event it went to, and a chip with how many were sent and how many were delivered.
The deeper detail lives with the event itself. Composing and the per-recipient delivery, open, and click tracking are in each event's Broadcast tab, inside the event manager. Broadcasts there support button tags like {ticket_link}, {event_link}, and {deposit_link}, which become personal buttons for each recipient.
What adlens will never send
adlens sends operational and event email: receipts, tickets, and broadcasts to the ticket holders of your events. It never sends marketing campaigns to your leads on your behalf. Your leads are yours to export or to sync into your own email tool; connect Mailchimp or Brevo in Plugins and new leads flow into your list automatically.
When it does not work
If the panel is asking you to upgrade, that is the gate: the Email panel is a Pro feature.
If you are looking for a compose box inside the panel, there is not one. New broadcast hands the drafting to the chat, and the actual send happens from the event's Broadcast tab, which is also where you confirm before anything goes out.
If a row's delivered count is lower than its sent count and you want to know who did not get it, open that event's Broadcast tab: it lists delivery, opens, and clicks per recipient, address by address.
