What keeps working at zero
Every published site stays live and keeps serving visitors. All your data is untouched: orders, leads, products, events, everything. The editor still opens, and manual edits and publishing still work. Checkout keeps selling. Your site does not go down when credits run out, ever.
The only thing that pauses is new AI work: builds, AI chat, image generation, and the rest of what credits meter.
Fresh credits arrive every day
Daily credits land at midnight UTC on every plan: 10 a day on Free (up to 75 in a month), 15 on Pro, 30 on Business. If you hit zero in the evening, you may only be a few hours from being able to work again without paying anything.
Ways to keep working right now
Stock photos are free and stay free, so image slots can still be filled without spending a credit.
If you were generating a 4K image, a 1K image costs half. Dropping the resolution doubles what your remaining credits can do.
Manual edits cost nothing. Anything you can change by hand in the editor is still yours to change.
Topping up
The billing page has your balance, your transaction history, and the Buy credits button. Purchased top-ups never expire: buy them when you need them and they wait for you. The buy dialog also has an auto-reload toggle, which refills your balance automatically from your saved card when it runs low, so a busy week never stops mid-build.
If something seems wrong with your balance
If credits went down faster than you expected, the transaction history on the billing page shows every spend, and the usage breakdown splits it by day and by project, so you can see exactly which work cost what. Video is by far the most expensive thing you can generate, and the assistant states that price and waits for your yes before spending it. If a charge in the history does not match work you recognize, contact support with the transaction row and we will look at it.
