Scheduled tasks
A scheduled task is work you want done on a clock, like a weekly SEO check or a monthly sales summary. It lives inside a project and runs while you are away.
Where they live
Scheduled tasks belong to a project. Each time one fires, it creates a task in that project and the assistant runs it on its own. The result shows up as a chat under the project in your sidebar.
Set one up
1. Open the project in the editor.
2. Tell the assistant what should happen and when, for example: run an SEO audit on the site every Monday at 9 and fix anything scoring below 80.
3. The assistant confirms the name, what it will do and how often it repeats: every day, every week on a chosen day, or every month.
Ask the assistant to list, change or remove your schedules at any time.
Rules that bite
Scheduled tasks come with every paid plan, from Lite, because they run while you are not there. Projects, chats, instructions and skills are free on every plan.
A scheduled run cannot ask you questions and cannot use any action that needs your yes. If it reaches one, it stops and reports back, and you approve it from the chat.
