Digital products and license keys
Sell downloads, license keys, gated video and bundles from Digital products. Delivery is automatic when the order is paid, and refunds take access away again.
Where it lives
Digital products in the sidebar, at /app/digital. The tabs are Products, Deliveries, Licenses, Streams and Analytics.
What a buyer gets
Each product delivers files, a license key, gated streaming, or files and a key together.
After payment the buyer's email links to their account library, never to a raw file. There they download files, see their keys and press Play on streams.
A buyer of 3 copies of a licensed product gets 3 separate keys.
License keys
Each key has seats, the number of devices that can use it at once, and an optional expiry. Your own app can activate, deactivate and check a key against adlens.
Anyone can check a key on its public verify page. It shows whether the key is real and its standing, never who owns it.
The license terms you write are your own words. adlens enforces only seats and expiry.
Pricing choices
Pay what you want: the buyer types an amount, never below your minimum, with your suggested amount shown.
Bundles: group products at a total price or a percent off. Buying a bundle delivers everything in it.
Rules that bite
A full refund removes every download and key the order issued. A return of specific items removes only those.
Download links are signed and expire after a few minutes, so a forwarded link stops working.
