Buy shipping labels
Buy a shipping label from the order, at live carrier rates, with nothing to connect. The tracking number goes on the order and the buyer gets one shipped email.
Before you start
Labels work on every plan. adlens buys them on its own carrier account, so you get USPS, UPS, DHL Express and other carriers without signing up anywhere.
If you have your own Shippo or EasyPost account, add it in Settings > Shipping > Labels and your account buys and pays instead.
Buy a label
1. Open the order and go to Shipping.
2. Check the ship-to address and the items.
3. Enter the package weight. It is filled in from the product weights when you set them. Size is optional.
4. Press Get rates. Live rates appear, marked Cheapest and Fastest.
5. Leave Email shipping confirmation to customer now on, or turn it off.
6. Press Buy shipping label, then Download label or Print label.
How you pay
You pay the carrier's price with nothing on top. It comes from your Wallet balance when it covers it, otherwise from the card on your plan. Each label has a receipt under Plan and billing.
If the carrier refuses the label, the charge is returned at once.
Rules that bite
A label is refused when the street, city, ZIP or country is missing. The flow says which.
Buying the label that covers the last unshipped items marks the order fulfilled and copies the tracking number onto it.
The buyer gets at most one shipped email per box.
With no card and no balance, it asks you to add a card first.
