The active domain and your links
Each site has one active canonical domain, and every link the site generates follows it. When you switch it, your ticket emails, receipts, and checkout links all switch with it.
What the active domain controls
The active domain is the address the site treats as its canonical home. Every link the site generates is built on it: the links in ticket emails, the links on receipts, the return links after checkout. One setting, and the whole outbound surface of the site follows.
Changing it
In the Domains panel, a verified custom domain's row carries a Make primary action. Only a verified custom domain can be made primary: while a domain is still pending, its row shows a Pending chip with Verify now instead, and Make primary does not appear until verification passes.
You can also ask the assistant to switch it. Because changing the active domain rewrites every link the site generates, the assistant's switch is held behind a Confirm button in the chat; press it and the change runs.
Ticket links and white label
The digital ticket link, the page buyers open from their email, has its own base setting under white label in the Privacy & security panel. Set it explicitly and ticket links use exactly that. Leave it empty and it follows the active domain automatically, falling back to adlens.pro when there is no active custom domain.
Checking where things point
Ask the assistant where your site is live or whether your domain is connected. It reads the site's subdomain, its custom domains with their verified state, and the active domain your generated links use, all in one answer.
When links point at the wrong place
Make primary is missing on your custom domain: the domain is not verified yet. Its row shows Pending with a Verify now action; finish the DNS setup and verify first.
Ticket links use a different address than the rest of the site: the ticket link base is set explicitly under white label. Clear it and ticket links go back to following the active domain.
Links still use adlens.pro after you connected a domain: connecting a domain does not make it active. Verify it, then press Make primary.
