Coming soon vs search indexing
Every site has two publish switches, and they do different jobs. Knowing which one is flipped explains almost every case of a site that should be live but is not showing.
Two switches, two jobs
The first switch is coming soon. When it is on, every visitor who opens your address sees a holding page instead of the site. It is the switch that hides the site from the world.
The second switch is the published flag. It controls one thing only: whether your pages carry a noindex tag. Published pages tell search engines to list them, unpublished pages tell search engines to stay away. This switch never hides anything from a person who has the link.
What the Publish button does
The Publish control in the editor flips both switches in one move: it clears the holding page and makes the pages indexable at the same time. For almost everyone, that one button is the whole story. Press it when the site is ready, and it is live and listable.
What a draft actually is
A draft site is still reachable at its .adlens.pro subdomain. Draft means non-indexable, not hidden: search engines will not list it, but anyone you send the link to can open it. If you want nobody to see the site yet, that is the coming soon switch's job, not the draft state.
This is useful, not a bug. It means you can share a draft with a client or a friend for feedback before search engines ever know it exists.
Publishing from the assistant chat
When you ask the assistant to publish, it can flip the indexing flag, but it cannot clear the coming soon page. That is why a site can read as published in the assistant yet still show the holding page to visitors. The assistant will tell you this itself and point you at the editor.
The status tools report the indexing flag, not the coming soon state. So if the assistant says your site is published and you still see the holding page, both statements are true at once: the pages are indexable, and the site is still hidden.
When the site is not showing
Visitors see a holding page even though the site says published: the coming soon switch is still on. Open the editor and press Publish. That is the only control that clears it.
You just rebuilt the site and a reload shows the old page: the edge can hold the previous document for up to a minute after a fresh build. Wait a moment and reload. That is the wait, not a failure.
The site is live but not appearing in search: check that it is published, since a draft carries noindex on every page. Once it is published, indexing is up to the search engines and takes time on their side.
