Withdraw before your event
Where Withdraw is turned on for your workspace, you can take out part of your ticket money before the event happens, instead of waiting for it to end.
Who has it
Withdraw is turned on per workspace by adlens. When it is on, the owner sees a Withdraw button on the Wallet. When it is off, there is no button and event money releases after the event.
How much you can take
You can always withdraw money nothing holds: product sales, digital sales, donations and released events.
For each upcoming event you can also take a share of what has cleared, set by your payout tier. Starter: 50 percent, at most $2,500 outstanding and $1,000 a day. Verified: 80 percent. Trusted: 90 percent.
The Wallet shows the limit under Available now, for example: Before an event you can take out 80% of what has cleared.
Withdraw
1. Press Withdraw on the Wallet.
2. The amount is filled in with everything available now. Change it if you want less.
3. Choose Standard, free, arriving in about 2 business days, or Instant where offered.
4. Press Continue and confirm.
The first time, you accept the payout terms once: a short numbered list with one checkbox.
Instant
Verified and Trusted sellers with a bank or debit card that takes instant payouts can choose Instant. It arrives in minutes. The fee is 3 percent, at least $1, taken from the withdrawal. The sheet shows the fee and what arrives before you confirm.
Rules that bite
Only the workspace owner can withdraw.
Withdraw pauses when Stripe needs more details, for 72 hours after a bank change, when 3 or more disputes opened in 30 days, while you owe money, and when a marketplace host turned it off.
If an event is cancelled after you withdrew, buyers are refunded in full and the money comes back from your balance first.
