Your Wallet
The Wallet is where your money lives in adlens: payout setup, your balance, what is on hold and why, your bank account and your statements. You never need to leave adlens for any of it.
Where it lives
Settings > Wallet, in the first group. /app/payments and every Connect payments button open it.
Set up payouts
1. Open Settings > Wallet.
2. Press Set up payouts on the card. If you started before, it reads Finish setting up and says what is missing.
3. Answer the questions in the sheet. Setup runs inside adlens, with no redirect.
Until setup is done, paid tickets and products stay hidden from buyers. adlens reminds you on day 1, 3 and 7.
Reading the Wallet
Available now is money you can be paid.
On hold is money waiting on something, with the reason in words, for example Releases Oct 20, two days after Toasted Brunch. Disputes and refund requests show as their own lines.
Clearing is money the payment network has not settled yet, with the day it clears.
Latest activity lists sales and payouts. History by month has a statement you can download.
Bank account opens a sheet to view or change where payouts go.
Payout settings
Schedule is daily for most sellers. For event sellers it reads After each event.
Instant payouts can be turned on here when your account qualifies.
Fraud policy sets how strict checkout is with risky payments.
You owe
If a refund or a lost dispute comes after the money was paid out, the balance can go below zero. The Wallet then shows You owe and the amount. Your next sales pay it first, and the rest is debited from your bank. Payouts resume once it is paid.
When it does not work
Stripe needs a few more details: the Wallet shows that line with Continue. Finish the questions in the sheet.
Payouts are paused for 72 hours after a bank change. That protects you if someone else changed it.
The sheet will not load: it says Couldn't load Stripe. Try again, with Retry.
