Disputes and chargebacks
A dispute is a buyer asking their bank to reverse a charge. adlens shows you what is disputed, holds only that order's money, and gives you a guided form to answer with evidence.
Where you see them
Orders shows a Disputed view when you have any. Open the order and tap the dispute row to see the amount, the reason, and how many days you have left to respond.
Answer a dispute
1. Open the disputed order and its dispute.
2. Fill in the evidence form. Some fields are filled in for you from the order.
3. Attach files: Receipt, Customer messages, Refund policy, Shipping / attendance proof, Service documentation.
4. Press Save draft to come back later, or Submit to Stripe when it is complete.
Submit before the deadline. Past it, the bank may decide without your evidence.
What a dispute holds
Only the disputed order's money is held: the disputed amount plus the $15 dispute fee. The rest of your event money and daily payouts go out on time.
Won: the held money goes out with your next payout. Lost: it covers the loss and the hold ends.
If 3 or more disputes open in 30 days and they are at least 1 percent of your paid orders, all payouts pause until things settle.
Who pays
You carry your own disputes, dispute fees and refunds. adlens keeps its platform fee on every refund and dispute.
Your best evidence
Every order keeps what the buyer agreed to: the terms they accepted and the refund policy shown at checkout. Open the order to see Terms and Refund policy, and attach them to your answer.
