Your assistant on every plan
Your assistant works in the background on every plan. It watches for unpaid deposits, unanswered messages, new leads and slow ticket sales, and drafts the follow up. What your plan changes is how much it may do on its own.
Where it lives
Settings > Your assistant. It is the first row in the second group of Settings. The same results and the first drafts also show on your Home.
What it does
It looks for work every day: deposits still unpaid near their deadline, replies waiting more than a day in the Inbox, new leads with no reply after 2 hours, events selling behind pace, low stock, reviews unanswered for 48 hours, and site problems such as a form that stopped receiving.
For each one it writes a draft: the person it goes to, the exact text, and the customer's own words beside it. You press Approve, Edit or Dismiss.
Once a week it sends you a results summary.
What each plan allows
Free: an advisor. Every draft waits for your tap. Up to 10 counted results a month.
Lite: an advisor. Every draft waits for your tap. Up to 25 counted results a month.
Pro: you can switch four single-person kinds to Automatic (unpaid deposits, replies waiting, new leads, reviews to answer), set revenue targets and run the event promoter. Up to 100 counted results a month.
Enterprise: custom autonomy, approval rules per workspace and action type, and custom result limits.
Money and anything sent to many people never go out automatically on any plan.
Its own credits
The assistant has its own balance: 15 credits a month on Free, 30 on Lite, 100 on Pro. It refills each calendar month and does not roll over. A triage costs 0.25 credits, a draft 0.5, and a longer draft 1.5.
On Pro the owner can let it use the workspace's credits when its own run out. It never touches your daily credits. Free never draws on your balance.
Rules that bite
Automatic sends stop during quiet hours, 9 pm to 7 am in your workspace time by default, and reach at most 10 people a day by default.
If more than 20 percent of a week's drafts are dismissed as wrong person or not relevant, Automatic turns itself off.
Only the workspace owner can let it spend the owner's credits, change the daily limit, or switch a kind to Automatic. An editor can turn it on or off and approve or dismiss drafts.
A result counts only when you approved the draft or the kind was Automatic, it was sent, and the result happened inside the window.
