What the assistant will never do
A few things stay out of the assistant's hands no matter how you ask. Knowing the short list saves you the back and forth, because each refusal comes with the real path to the same outcome.
It never moves money
No refunds, no payouts, no charging a card, no changes to your bank or payment account. This holds even when you ask directly and supply every detail. There is no phrasing that gets past it, because the tools for those actions simply do not exist on the assistant's side.
What it does instead: it reads the facts, explains the state of the order or the payout, and hands you a button to the right page, where you complete the action yourself. Ask about a specific order first and it quotes the order number and amount, so you arrive with the context already in hand.
It cannot register a domain for you
Buying a brand-new domain happens at an outside registrar, and the assistant has no reach there. It can check the status of a domain you own, walk you through what the connection needs, and send you to the domains panel, but the purchase itself is yours to make.
What to do when you hit the wall
Every one of these refusals ends the same way: the assistant states what it cannot do in one sentence and gives you a button to the nearest page where you can. Take the button; it lands you exactly where the action lives.
If you believe the assistant refused something it should have done, it is worth checking whether the request brushed one of these areas without you noticing: money movement and domain purchases are the two walls that never move.
