Set a sales goal for your assistant
Give your assistant a goal, such as sell 500 tickets by November 26, and it measures your pace every day. Revenue targets and the event promoter come with Pro: it turns an event goal into a dated plan of letters to your audience.
Set a goal
1. Open Settings > Your assistant and use the Goal row, or tell the assistant in chat.
2. Choose an event or a product, then a number of tickets, units or dollars, and a date.
One goal can be active per event or product. Setting a new one edits the existing goal.
What you see
The goal row shows a bar with the numbers, for example 120 of 500, and where you stand: ahead, on pace, behind or reached, with the days left and the pace you need.
Every day the assistant writes a short report for each goal, and your daily email carries one line per goal.
The event plan
For an event goal the plan has dated steps: Announce, Early bird ends when there is an early bird tier, Reminder, Last call and Day of. Each step shows its date, who it reaches and the sales it expects.
On Pro you send each letter with Approve. On Enterprise, and for accounts that had Business, the letters can go out on their own, inside quiet hours and the daily limits. Letters are sent from the Inbox, so you can read them there as group threads.
Price advice
Under the plan there is one price suggestion from your pace, with Apply. A price change is always your tap on every plan.
When a tier sells out
The assistant never invents seats. It offers new seats only from a tier you held back or from the room size you gave the goal, and it asks first.
