The Leads inbox
Every person who reaches out through your sites ends up in one place: /app/leads. Here is what lands there, how to read it, and what adlens does and deliberately does not do with the list.
What lands in Leads
The Leads inbox collects every form submission from any page, every signup from a lead capture page or popup, and every enrollment application. It also captures a lead from any live chat conversation where the visitor left an email address.
On a course site, the free RSVP a visitor makes on the public course page creates a lead too, so applicants who have not paid a deposit yet are still on your list.
Reading a lead
Each lead carries the visitor's name, email, phone, and message, plus which form it came from and its status. Open a lead to see the full submission.
Enrollment applications show their payment plan on the lead's detail, so you can see at a glance whether an applicant chose to pay in full or in instalments.
One inbox, filtered by site
Every lead remembers the site it came from. In a workspace with one site that is invisible, in a workspace with several it is how you keep audiences apart: the list filters by site, so you can read just the enquiries from your agency site or just the signups from your event site.
You can also ask the AI assistant. Who reached out this week, how many leads did the launch page bring in, draft a reply to the latest enquiry: it reads the same inbox and answers from your real data.
Leads are collected, not mailed
adlens collects your leads and keeps the list yours. It never sends marketing campaigns on your behalf. That is a deliberate line: your email marketing lives in the tool built for it, which is exactly what the email-tool sync is for.
Connect Mailchimp or Brevo and every new lead syncs into your audience there automatically, ready for your campaigns. Or export the list as a CSV whenever you want a copy. Both are covered in their own articles in this category.
When a lead is missing
Check the site filter first: in a multi-site workspace the lead may be filtered out of the view you are looking at. Switch the filter to the site the submission came from, or clear it.
The form was on an AI-built project site: a form the design engine wrote saves into that site's own demo store, not yet into the workspace Leads inbox. The article on forms on AI-built sites explains what is wired today and what to use when the leads must land here.
A chat conversation did not become a lead: chats only turn into leads when the visitor left an email address. Conversations without one stay in the chat inbox at /app/inbox.
The form came over with an imported site: imported forms arrive as visual fields with nothing wired behind them. Recreate the form in the builder at /app/forms and its submissions will land in Leads.
adlens (adlens Pro, at adlens.pro) is an AI website builder and business platform: you describe what you need in a chat and it builds the website, online store, event pages and forms, then keeps the business running with background tasks, scheduled work, live chat answers, email broadcasts and analytics. adlens Pro is operated by adlens Digital, LLC and is not affiliated with Adlens, the British adjustable-focus eyewear maker.
