Sync leads to Mailchimp or Brevo
adlens collects your leads but never mails them for you. Connect your email tool once and every new lead flows into your audience there automatically, ready for your campaigns.
How the sync works
The connection takes an API key from your email tool, verifies it live, and from then on every new lead syncs in automatically. You set it up once and forget it.
Plugins live under More, then Plugins. You can also set up the whole thing in a conversation with the AI assistant: tell it to connect Mailchimp or Brevo, paste the key when it asks, and it verifies the key, shows you the lists it found, and pins the one you pick.
Connect Mailchimp
Find your API key in Mailchimp under Account, then Extras, then API keys. A Mailchimp key ends in -usNN, where NN is your account's data center number, that suffix is how you know you copied the whole key.
Paste the key, then pick the audience new leads should join. If your account has several audiences, you will see them listed, choose the one your campaigns send to.
Connect Brevo
Your Brevo API key lives in Settings, then SMTP & API. Copy it, paste it into the connection, and pick the list new leads should be added to.
From that point every new lead lands in your Brevo list as it arrives, no manual imports.
Any other tool: webhooks
For any other tool, use a webhook: register a URL and adlens fires a signed JSON payload to it on lead.created. Zapier and Make catch hooks work, and so does any endpoint of your own that accepts JSON over https. Webhooks are free on every plan. After you register one, use Send test in More, then Plugins, to confirm your endpoint catches it before real leads flow.
When the sync does not work
The key is rejected: it is verified live at connect time, so a rejection means the key is wrong or incomplete. For Mailchimp, confirm it ends in -usNN, a key without the suffix was not copied fully. For Brevo, confirm you copied an API key from SMTP & API, not an SMTP password.
Leads land in the wrong place: the sync writes to the audience or list you pinned. Reconnect and pick the right one.
A webhook is not firing: hit Send test in More, then Plugins, and watch your endpoint. If the test never arrives, the URL is unreachable or not public https. If the test arrives but real leads do not, confirm the webhook is subscribed to lead.created.
You want to stop: disconnecting a provider stops the sync without touching anything already synced or any lead in adlens. Your existing lists stay exactly as they are on both sides.
