Export leads as a spreadsheet
Your leads are yours to take. One export gives you a real CSV that opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, free, on every plan.
What you get
A leads export is a real CSV download of your actual rows: each lead with its details, ready to open in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets, or to import into any CRM that accepts a spreadsheet.
The fastest way to get one is to ask the AI assistant: export my leads, or download my leads as a spreadsheet. It hands you the download link and a short summary of what is in the file.
What the export covers
By default a leads export covers the last 90 days. Name a different window when you need one, the last year, the last 30 days, and the export follows it. An export carries up to 5000 rows.
In a multi-site workspace you can narrow the export to one site, so you get just the leads that site collected rather than the whole workspace's list.
Orders, products, and events too
Leads are not the only dataset that exports this way. Orders export with the same 90-day default window, and products and events export all-time by default. Same CSV format, same 5000-row ceiling, same download link.
Exports are free
Exports spend no credits and cost nothing on any plan. Your data is yours: export it as often as you like, keep your own backups, feed your own tools.
When the export looks wrong
The file is empty or thin: the default window is the last 90 days, so older leads are outside it. Ask for a longer window, the last year, or all time, and export again.
Rows you expected are missing: check whether the export was narrowed to one site, a site-scoped export only carries that site's leads. And if you are near the 5000-row ceiling, split the export into shorter windows so each file stays under it.
The file will not open cleanly: it is a plain CSV, so any spreadsheet app opens it. If columns run together, use your app's import dialog and choose comma as the separator.
