Email many people from the Inbox
Put two or more people, or any group, in To and your email becomes a group send. Each person gets their own copy, and the send becomes a group thread you can follow.
Send to a group
1. In the Inbox, press New message.
2. In To, add people or groups: customers, subscribers, leads, a lead stage, your own groups, tags, or an event's audience with its live count.
3. Write the email. The plus menu adds photos, files, buttons, a product, event or page card, a first name, Write with AI and saved replies.
4. Use Send test to me if you want to see it first, or Send later to schedule it.
5. Press Send and check the confirm sheet.
The confirm sheet
It shows the exact number of people and who is left out and why: unsubscribed, bounced, spam complaints, no email, imported without consent, or counted twice.
Event emails
With one event in To, the email can carry a Pay your deposit button with each person's own pay link and a View my ticket button. Event audiences include ticket holders, checked in, not checked in, a tier, deposit not paid and the waitlist.
After it is sent
The send becomes a group thread in the Inbox with its delivery line, recipients and replies. From there you can edit or cancel a scheduled send, send it now, or resend to the people it failed for. Groups in the Inbox menu lists every group thread.
Rules that bite
Every group email needs a business postal address. If it is missing, the composer asks for it in one field.
Every group email carries an unsubscribe link and counts as marketing.
Event audiences are for the owner only. Other groups need an owner or editor.
More than 20,000 people must be split into smaller sends.
If group email is not switched on for your workspace yet, the composer says so.
