Start from a preset and make it yours
Not every site starts from a blank prompt. The presets gallery holds full working sites you can preview live and remix into your own project in one click.
One gallery for everything template-shaped
Open /app/presets. It is one gallery for everything template-shaped: official adlens presets lead, each card reading by adlens, followed by Presets from members, which are real sites other builders chose to share.
Every card wears the same stat row: views, remixes, thumbs, and comments. Official and member cards alike. What you see is what people are actually using.
Preview, then remix it
Clicking any card opens the full-screen previewer: an official preset renders with demo content, and a member preset frames the publisher's live site, so you see the whole site working before you commit to anything. The previewer has a single action: Remix.
Remix opens the Remix this template dialog. Give the project a name, and if you want, add a make-it-yours brief describing your business, so the remix starts adapting right away. Confirm, and you land in the editor on a new draft site wearing that design. Remix is the product's word for starting from any preset, and this dialog is the only place it happens.
What a remix copies, and what it never does
Remixing a member preset clones the theme and a sanitized content bag into your workspace, nothing more. The publisher's contact info, socials, form wiring, products, events, and leads never copy over. You get the design and the structure; their business stays theirs, and yours stays yours.
The remix is a new draft site of your own. It does not touch the original, and the original publisher cannot see or edit what you build from it.
Sharing your own site as a preset
The door swings both ways. In the editor's Publish popover there is a Share as a preset toggle: one line and a switch. Toggling it on lists your site under Presets from members, where anyone can view it live and remix it, with the same sanitizing applied to everything they take. Toggling it off delists it immediately, and remixes people already made keep living in their own workspaces.
When it does not work
If a remix will not create, check your site count. Remixes count toward the Free plan's 5-site cap, so a workspace already holding five sites has no room for a new draft. Delete a draft site you no longer need, then remix again.
If a remixed member preset arrives looking emptier than the preview did, that is the sanitizing working as designed: the demo you previewed carried the publisher's products, events, and forms, and those never copy. Add your own from the editor, or put them in the make-it-yours brief next time so the remix builds around your details from the start.
