Broadcast emails to ticket holders
Doors moved, the opener changed, the encore is announced: broadcasts put a tracked email in front of every ticket holder for an event, with buttons that link each guest to their own ticket.
Where broadcasts live
Open the event manager at /app/events/:id/edit and use the Broadcast tab. A broadcast goes to every ticket holder of that event, and each send is tracked per recipient: delivered, opened, clicked, person by person.
You can draft the copy in chat with the assistant, then send from the Broadcast tab.
Button tags
Broadcasts support button tags that render as real buttons, personalized per recipient:
{ticket_link} links each guest to their own ticket. {event_link} links to the event page. {deposit_link} gives each recipient a personal pay button for an outstanding deposit. {button:Label|url} makes a button with any label and any destination.
So "Doors at 8, have your ticket ready {ticket_link}" puts every guest one tap from their own QR code.
Sent history
Your sent history across every event lives in the Email panel in Settings, on Pro: one list, with sent and delivered counts per row. The per-recipient detail, who opened, who clicked, stays in each event's own Broadcast tab.
When it does not work
A big send seems slow: broadcasts are paced against sending limits so large lists deliver reliably. A send to hundreds of ticket holders goes out in a steady stream, not one burst. Watch the delivered count climb on the row, it is working.
Someone says they got nothing: check their row in the broadcast's per-recipient detail. If it shows delivered, the email is in their inbox or their spam folder. If they are not in the list at all, they do not hold a ticket to this event, broadcasts only go to ticket holders.
I cannot find the Email panel: the cross-event history panel is a Pro feature. The event's own Broadcast tab still shows that event's sends on any paid setup.
