The course site pages
A course-platform workspace does not get a bare landing page, it gets a full school site: catalog, tuition, FAQ, calendar. And the FAQ writes itself from your published knowledge base.
The pages your site owns
On a course-platform workspace, your site owns a fixed set of pages: /courses is the catalog, /programs carries tuition, /why-us makes the case for your school, /faq answers questions, /contact takes inquiries, and /events is the cohort calendar.
You edit the site's sections at /app/website. The structure is the theme's, the content is yours.
The Slate course layout
Course pages use the Slate layout, built with a sticky purchase panel modeled on leading course marketplaces: as a student scrolls the course details, the enrollment panel stays with them, so the moment they decide, the action is already on screen.
You do not configure this, it is how the layout works. Your job is the content that scrolls past it: the skills, the details to know, the description.
An FAQ fed by your knowledge base
The /faq page is fed live by your published knowledge base articles. Publish an article and it is on the FAQ the same moment, with no separate FAQ editor and no syncing step. Update an article and the page updates with it.
This is the same knowledge base that powers your live chat AI, so writing one good answer serves both surfaces at once. Knowledge base articles are edited in the inbox settings at /app/inbox.
When it does not work
The FAQ page is empty: you have no published public knowledge base articles yet. Draft articles do not render, and neither do articles set to internal or snippet visibility, those exist for the chat AI only. Publish an article with public visibility and it appears.
You edited an article and the FAQ did not change: check its status. Only published articles feed the page, an edit sitting in draft is invisible until you publish it.
You do not see /courses, /programs, or the other pages on your site: those pages belong to course-platform workspaces. A workspace built around events or a storefront has its own page set instead.
