Track enrollment and who owes what
One view answers the whole funnel: how many signed up, who paid their deposit, and how every payment plan is going. And you can just ask the assistant, it reads the live rows.
The enrollment view in one read
For any course, the enrollment view gives you the funnel in three layers: signups, which are the free RSVPs at the top, then deposits broken out by status with the paid total, then payment plans by status. Read it top to bottom and you know where every student stands and how much has actually come in.
Because deposits and instalments are ordinary orders, the paid money also shows up in your normal sales and finance views. The enrollment view is the funnel lens on the same truth.
Ask the assistant instead of digging
The in-app assistant reads live enrollment data, so the fastest way to a number is to ask in plain words. How many students enrolled in the spring cohort. Who has not paid their deposit. Are any payment plans past due. It pulls the current rows, not a cached report, so the answer is what is true right now.
For deposits it can list exactly who owes and who paid, with amounts and due dates. For plans it can tell you each student's progress, what is due next, and whether access is paused.
Where the money actions live
Reading is the assistant's job, moving money is yours. Waiving a deposit, cancelling a student's plan, and refunding happen in the dashboard, never through the AI. This is a hard rule, not a missing feature: no conversation with the assistant can move a cent.
The practical flow is to ask the assistant for the facts, then do the action yourself. A student's plan is reachable from their submission in /app/leads.
When it does not work
You asked the assistant to waive a deposit or refund a plan and it declined: that is by design. It will pull up who owes what and point you to the right screen, but the action itself is always yours to click in the dashboard.
Deposit or instalment money has not appeared in your payout: enrollment money carries its own payout-hold clock per order, separate from the event's own release schedule. Give each order its hold window before treating it as missing.
The signup count looks higher than the paid count: it should. Signups are free by design, deposits convert after. Compare deposits paid against signups to see your real conversion, a gap there is the list to follow up with, not an error.
