What happens at zero credits
Running out of credits stops new AI work, and that is all it stops. Your sites stay up, your data stays put, and free paths keep you moving until the next refill.
What actually stops
At zero credits, new AI work stops: chat, builds, image and video generation, background runs, and AI live-chat replies wait until credits return.
Nothing else changes. Credits meter AI work only.
What keeps working
Every published site stays live and keeps serving visitors, taking orders, and collecting leads. All of your data is untouched. The editor still opens, and manual edits and publishing keep working, so you can change copy, swap images, and ship without spending a single credit.
A site never goes down because credits ran out. Ever.
Free refills land at midnight
Fresh daily credits arrive at 00:00 UTC every night: 10 on Free, 15 on Pro, 30 on Business. If you hit zero in the evening, you are often back to work by morning without paying anything.
Cheaper paths while you wait
Stock photo search keeps working free forever, so imagery never has to wait on a refill. If you were generating a 4K image, drop to 1K for half the cost. And topping up takes a minute: the Buy credits dialog on /app/billing adds credits that never expire.
If it looks like your site went down
It was not credits. Zero credits cannot take a site offline, so if a site is unreachable, look elsewhere: check that the site is published from the editor's Publish popover, and check the domain settings if you recently changed where the site lives.
If AI work will not start even though the balance looks fine, remember daily credits cap at 75 a month on Free. Once the cap is hit, the daily drip pauses until the new month, and a top-up or an upgrade on /app/billing fills the gap.
