Pro trials
A trial gives your workspace a paid plan until a set date. Here is how to see when it ends, how to keep the plan, and what happens if you do not.
Getting a trial
There is no self-serve trial. A workspace is on Free until it upgrades, unless adlens gives it a trial of Lite or Pro.
See when it ends
Settings > Plan and billing. The plan row reads Pro trial with its end date, and the sidebar shows Pro trial under your name.
You are told at 7, 3 and 1 days before the end, and on the day. The notice the day before says what will happen.
Keep the plan
1. Open Plan and billing, or press Add card on the trial bar at the foot of the app.
2. Press Add card to keep Pro and add your card.
The first charge is on the trial's end date, and the row then says first charge with the date. To start paying earlier, open the trial row's menu and choose Start paying now. It shows the amount first.
When the trial ends
With a card on file, the trial turns into the paid plan on its end date and the receipt is emailed.
With no card, or a declined card, the workspace moves to Free. Your site, custom domain and checkout stay up. White label and the other paid features pause, and Add card brings the plan back.
