Email included and the messaging balance
Every plan includes email each month. Past that, extra email draws on a prepaid messaging balance, so a send never surprises you on the bill.
What it does
Each workspace includes email every month: 100 on Free, 1,000 on Lite, 5,000 on Pro and on every agency workspace. Included email resets at the start of each month.
Past the included amount, extra email is $1.50 per 1,000 sends, taken from the workspace's messaging balance.
What you need first
A paid plan and a messaging balance. Add to it from Settings > Plan and billing: $10, $25, $50 or $100. The smallest top-up is $5.
What happens after
Before a send that goes past the included email, you see what the extra will cost. If the balance does not cover it, nothing extra is sent until you add to it.
The balance is separate from AI credits. Credits pay for AI work; the messaging balance pays for extra email.
Who bills
adlens bills the messaging balance when you add to it. SMS sent through your own Twilio account is billed by Twilio, not by adlens.
