Buy credits and auto-reload
Top-up packs add credits that never expire, and auto-reload keeps your balance from ever hitting zero mid-build. Both live in the Buy credits dialog on the billing page.
The packs
$25 buys 125 credits. $50 buys 275. $100 buys 600. Or pick Other amount and pay any figure at $1 for 5 credits.
Bigger amounts earn more credits per dollar, and the Buy usage credits button on the credits card wears a chip showing the best pack discount available.
How to buy
Open /app/billing, or the Usage & Billing panel inside Settings, and press Buy usage credits. Pick a pack or enter your own amount, then check out.
Purchased credits land in your balance immediately, never expire, and spend last, after your daily and monthly credits are used.
Auto-reload
Auto-reload is a toggle inside the Buy credits dialog. Buying credits once saves your card, and with the toggle on, the balance refills automatically whenever it runs low.
Turn it on if you run background work or live chat AI, the things that spend credits while you are away. The control also sits on the credits card itself, so you can switch it off any time without reopening the dialog.
Packs versus plans
Plans deliberately beat packs on credits per dollar: a subscription earns 6 to 8.75 credits per dollar while packs earn 5 to 6. If you are topping up every month, upgrading your plan is simply the better deal.
Packs are for bridging: a heavy launch week, a batch of images, a month that ran long. Subscribe for the baseline, top up for the spikes.
When it does not work
Bought a pack but the balance looks unchanged: press the history icon on the credits card. The inline transaction list shows every credit movement, including your purchase, and remember the total on the card already includes purchased credits in the Monthly + purchased line.
Auto-reload charging when you did not expect it: the toggle was on and the balance ran low. Switch it off from the auto-reload control on the credits card, existing credits stay yours either way.
